Cancellation policies
At the time of booking, the cancellation policies applicable for the specific tour or ground transportation will be automatically displayed on the screen for your information. Below Beyond Travel Transportation describes its general cancellation policies, applicable to most land transportation services:
- Reservations canceled 3 days before the date of service, are subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount of your reservation.

BTT reserves the right to contract on your behalf, the services referred to in this Terms and Conditions precisely in the quality and / or categories contracted, as for carriers, hotels and car rental concerns, independently of the last provider of services, unless it is expressly agreed that these will be invariably provided by a specific provider. In case of modification of the direct service provider, this will be provided by another of equivalent quality, if you use the service, it will be understood that you consented to such modification and no claim, compensation or refund will proceed. Once BTT receives the amount of contracted services from you.
To guarantee complete satisfaction with our customers, Beyond Travel Transportation operates a strict cancellation policy.
- With more than 48 hours prior to the tour date - 50% refund
- 24 hours prior to the tour date - we accept change of day, but there will be no refund
- If you do not show up or arrive late - there will be no refund
- With more than 15 days prior to the tour date - 100% refund.
- Less than 15 days prior to the tour date - we will accept day changes, but there will be no refund.
- If you do not show up or arrive late - there will be no refund.
Changes in reservations or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling our offices in Puerto Vallarta directly at (322) 20 9 70 56.
All changes will be subject to availability.
A charge will be made to your credit card as soon as your reservation is confirmed, normally this process is completed after 24 hours of the sending of your reservation. If the date you selected is not available, Beyond Travel Transportation will offer alternative dates or times and will only charge your card if you confirm that you agree with the options offered.
The prices are in Dollars but the charges to the cards are in Mexican Pesos. We use the exchange rate of the day provided by the bank, so the account statement of your card will indicate the type of banking change.
