Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

There are 3 options to reserve in the home tab:

1.- Simple service: transportation from the airport-hotel or hotel-airport.
2.- Round service: transportation from the airport-hotel-airport.

3.- Private service by hours.

Once you have selected the service you need, you must fill out the form with the requested information and make the corresponding payment.

What information do I need in order to book?

Date of travel, itinerary of flight or buses, name of the hotel.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Please send an email to info@beyondtraveltranportation.com for any questions.
And to quote a transfer to the mail reservaciones@bttpv.com.

How do I pay for my transfer?

What are the payment methods?

• Bank transfer.
• Bank deposit.

• PayPal.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Of course, you will have to inform in advance via email to indicate which stops you need and that an executive will quote the transfer.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

* It is considered a regular suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person, excess baggage has an additional cost.

Where are they located at the airport?

We are located on the sidewalk of the airport (on the line where all the agencies are located). Leaving the airport on the left side.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you do not find your representative when you arrive at the agency's line, we ask that you contact us at (322) 209 70 56 for our representative to look for you.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Of course, only if your group increases and the vehicle to change has more space will have to pay the previous difference or the time of arrival. If the size of the group is smaller on arrival, the unit chosen will continue to be respected.

Extras

What does the airport-hotel-airport transfer service include?

• Bottle of water per participant (only in private service).
• Welcome with welcome sign.
• Assistance of bilingual staff, uniformed and with communications radio.
• Airport taxes.

• Assistance and general information about the city when customers arrive at our destination.

• All units have insurance and Air Conditioning.

What includes private transportation?

• Bilingual operator for the unit, uniformed and with communications radio.
• Fuel.
• The units have insurance and Air Conditioning.

Cancellations

Is there a penalty for canceling my service?

There is no penalty if the cancellation is made 48 hours before your service, if you do not cancel 48 hours before apply the following policies:

24 hours before       Charge at 50%

Less than 24 hours       100% charge

No show       100% charge
